Fuel Cell Products
We supply and distribute fuel cell products which comprises of fuel cell test station, electronic load, gas flow controller, cell monitoring system, data logging system, humidification system, DC-DC converter, AC power inverter and cell cooling/heating system.

Fuel Test Station

Fuel cell test stations including multiple electronic load channels, multiple gas flows for fuel simulation and multiple humidifiers with suitable configurations are available with us.

Voltage Measurement

  • Multiple channel voltage measurement modules are available for measurement of voltage of each cell in a stack

  • Temperature Measurement

  • Temperature may be monitored at multiple points on each cell and at inlet-outlet points in the reactant transfer assembly

  • Pressure Input

  • Pressure measurement provides gas pressure

  • Flow rate is controlled by manual rotometer or programmable mass flow controllers are used to flow rate change can be ramped at adjustable rate during the test procedure and can be automatically adjusted according to the load.


Gas Humidification and Heating
This unit has gas humidification, gas heater and water leveling
Software-level safety measures that are implemented through safety limit setting in test schedules and monitoring of these limits for a safe operation.

Safety interlock provides immediate shut-off of the DC load to the fuel cells and closes the gas line when system/test malfunction is detected.

Signal interlock input accepts and reacts to an alarm signal from internal or external devices.

Signal interlock output provides an alarm signal to external devices, and includes a digital output. Signal interlock reacts to discharge stop, safety limits of temperature, pressure, stack/cell voltage/current/power, and other monitored.

System control has User-configurable flow rage and pressure ramping is available. PID control enabling fast transition of humidity and temperature with minimum overshoot also provided.

Temperature-controlled Heating and Cooling Devices
We offer devices for controlling the temperature of the fuel cell and the gas transfer lines to and from the stack. This comprehensive control includes both heating and cooling of the respective elements of the test system.

FCTS includes heating elements that may be used to heat the fuel cell and gas transfer lines controlled through PID controller & temperature sensing providing 1000W for external heating via flexible heater. Fuel cell cooler for above 300 watts fuel cells may require cooling for maximum performance. A liquid circulation loop is provided with water and is regulated by PID controller to maintain the stack at the desired temperate.
